Refund Policy

At Les Benjamins US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or alterations will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Underwear and socks
• Fragrances and personal care products
• Gift cards
• Final Sale or Clearance items
• Any item marked as non-returnable

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for the same product in a different size, subject to stock availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, your return will be processed as a refund. To purchase a different style or color, please place a new order after your refund has been processed.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 1–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Les Benjamins US is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
